Our hand crafted bitters are made in small batches.  We use organic ingredients whenever available.

Bitters are used for digestion as well as cocktails.  Before eating to stimulate digestive function and enhancing digestive secretions.

Our bittering agent is made of Burdock Root and Dandelion Root.  Both of these roots have therapeutic properties.  Burdock Root detoxifies the blood and Dandelion Root is an antioxidant, tonifies the liver and acts as an anti-inflammatory.
